I feel very happy to join in Licensed to Learn Program. It has advantages to the tutor as well as to the peer. Tutor builds confident after tutoring and guiding the peer. The peer gets help from the tutor. I've found my peer has improved in the study. I'm thankful to this Licensed to Learn Program. I'm glad to participate in this Licensed to Learn Program. It's awesome to be a tutor. I had a experience to become a tutor. At first, it was really hard to interact with my peer but after trying a lot, i was able to help him to learn a Chinese-Chequer. This time, I'm teaching “how to play?” a indoor game called “Ludo”. It is a great fun to teach Ludo to my peer Sonam Choden. She is very co-operative and has keen interest to learn Ludo. She is sharp minded. She has learned well Ludo and now, she is able to teach other student. Being a tutor is a great fun. This program has encourage me to teach and my peer to learn. Mr Zamling is the hard working man. He is the one who had encourages me to be a tutor. And Now, He gave me opportunities to become a program runner in our school. Being a program runner is the great deal for me. I have got lots of experience and learned a lots. I have build my confident and way of communication and leadership. At first, i was nervous but Mr Zamling gave a good explanation on Licensed to Learn Program and “How to lead” the tutors. With the guidance of Mr Zamling, i was able t o come forward and to handle my responsibilities as a program runner. In my opinion, Licensed to Learn Program is a great and wonderful. The students of branch school are energetic, helpful and friendly. They have good interest to become to Tutor and are happy to participate in L2L program. They have done well in L2L program. Tutors are endorsed for Buddhism arts or Tibetan Reading and Handwriting. This program has encouraged and build confident to them and also helped them to come forward. L2L program is first time in SMD branch school and students are happy to see it.
