SMD Kids Celebrate the International Day of Peace

After school was finished all the students gathered with banners in their hands and the Roots and Shoot dove of peace flew over the neighborhood again. Many kids wore the Pink for Peace T- shirts that we designed and made to raise money for kids whose parents were killed in Nepal's civil war.) Then we circumnambulated the boudhanath stupa to pray for peace.

After we finished visiting Boudhanath stupa, our Roots and Shoots (Dr. Jane Goodall's organization) members had organized a short culture programme in the name of peace day for all the SMD family.

All the kids enjoyed watching it.
