Annual Inter House Quiz

The Inter House Quiz Competition was held on August 21. The quiz was lead by our teacher Mr. Milan Dewan.

There was the audience, a time keeper, and the score keeper. From each house there were two participants, one girl and one boy to glorify their house names. The participants were Prem Bahadur B328a and Dawa Dolma B294 from Sagamatha house, Kunchok Lhundup B306 and Kunsang Diki B373 from Sambhota house, and me, Phurba Sherpa B350 and Tashi Choden B286 from Srongten house.

The quiz was held after school in the computer lab and we used the projector in order to make a clear view of the questions and to make the quiz interesting. The questions was categorized in different sections such as Sport, Science, current affairs, History etc.

The quiz was very competitive and each house tried their best to gain points. At the end there was a rapid fire round which was very exciting. After that, the score keeper added the points. All the participants and the audience were excited to know what the result was. It is a rule of competition that one wins and others lose. Finally Mr. Milan Dewan announced the result, Sambhota house got 46 point, Sagarmatha  house got 51 point and Srongtsen house got 56 point. Srongtsen house became the winner of the Inter House Quiz this year.

First position and second position participants received certificates at Assembly on Aug 23.
