Thrangu Tashi Choling Earthquake Disaster Relief

Dear Friends,
I had sent our resident lamas to Yushu, Thrangu Monastery, Tibet to help and understand the situation. Today I got information from there stating that many monks were injured and people from the locality were badly affected. Our resident lamas are working hard to help everyone.

Thrangu Tashi Choling Monastery in Tibet was devastated by the earthquake on April 14, 2010. Ven. Thrangu Rinpoche along with his monks, nuns and lay student performed Monlam puja at the Boudha stupa on 16th April, 2010 at 5:30pm. The puja is dedicated to all those people who were killed. Many of Thrangu Rinpoche's monks were killed and monastery is destroyed.
