Dipak works hard, keeping in close touch with kids. He finds out what problems kids may have and brings them to the office to work out solutions. Dipak's contribution in improving the quality of Nepali language at SMD is remarkable. He also worked as a reference teacher for IB Nepali self-taught.

Buddhiman works hard and always keep in touch with the admin. He also tries to bring new ideas into his teaching. His contribution to improve art (drawing and painting) at SMD is wonderful. He clearly enjoys working  closely with kids and his contribution as head of the  Social Studies Dept. brought lasting changes to SMD.
